A cot, highchair,  sterilizer, bottle warmer, potty, toddler step, childrens toys ans books, snack pots and baby bath are all available for you to borrow free of charge during your stay.

Terms & Conditions

  • A non refundable deposit of £100 will be required when the booking is confirmed.  The balance must be paid four weeks before arrival.  No reminders will be sent.  If you do not send the balance at the specified time, your booking will unfortunately have to be cancelled.
  • A £150 refundable damages deposit must be paid at the time of booking. This will be returned within 2 weeks of your stay should no additional cleaning, breakages or damage occur.
    Any cancellations must be made in writing, email is acceptable, as soon as possible. 
  • Any stay over a Bank Holiday is a minimum 3 night rental
  • Rental of Thornbury commences at 4pm on the day of arrival, and departure is at 10am.  A late departure may be able to be arranged by prior agreement, but cannot be guaranteed.
  • If for any reason you need to complain please ensure that you do it before departure so that we can have the opportunity to rectify the situation.
  • The number of people occupying the cottage should not exceed 4 + 1 infant.  We reserve the right to refuse entry to the whole party if this condition is not observed.
  • Please ensure that you treat our property as you would your own home.  If any accidents do occur, please let us know upon departure.  We will expect you to pay for any damages or breakages.
  • We reserve the right to enter the accommodation at all reasonable time to carry out an inspection or any necessary maintenance or repair.
  • We cannot guarantee the availability of a babysitter but we will try our best to get you one of the people we use.  Please note these may not be registered child minders but we do have a small selection that are.
  • The swimming pool can be booked for your private use for 1 hour and 30 minutes per day, only by prior agreement.  There is no charge for this.
  • Please note the swimming pool has no lifeguard, so children must be supervised at all times.  You must take responsibility for your own children.
  • We take no responsibility for any accidents that occur whilst using any of our facilities.
